Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing IISKINCO. Please read our Booking & Cancellation Policy before requesting an appointment.

1.Booking & confirmations

  • All appointments are subject to availability.
  • A booking request is pending until you receive personal confirmation from our team.
  • We confirm appointments directly via WhatsApp or phone call.

2.Deposits

  • Certain treatments require a deposit to secure your time slot.
  • When required, the deposit amount will be confirmed prior to booking.
  • All deposits are deducted from your final treatment balance on the day of your appointment.

3.Cancellations & rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Notice should be sent directly to our WhatsApp on +44 7955 364799.

4.Late arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • To respect other clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and deposits may be forfeited. If time allows, your treatment may be shortened to fit your remaining slot.

5.Missed appointments (no shows)

  • Clients who fail to attend without prior notice forfeit their deposit.
  • Repeated no shows may be required to pay the full treatment amount upfront for future bookings, or future bookings may be declined.

6.Age requirements & medical suitability

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older for all injectable and medical aesthetic treatments. Valid photo ID may be required.
  • All treatments are subject to consultation. We reserve the right to postpone or decline treatment if it is not considered safe or clinically suitable.
  • Please let us know in advance if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, unwell, or taking any prescription medication.

7.Changes by IISKINCO.

  • In the rare event we must reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund of any deposit paid.
